Overview

Managed Instagram content creation and copywriting for a private boat rental and skippered tour service based in Orašac, Croatia. The primary objective was to build a distinct social media presence, drive direct bookings through DMs, and position the brand as a premium, stress-free alternative to crowded group excursions across the Elaphiti Islands.

Challenge

The business faced high competition in a saturated tourist market filled with operators offering similar sea excursions. Standard boat rental marketing often relies on generic imagery and vague copy, making it difficult to stand out or create real engagement. Furthermore, prospective clients often experienced hesitation around safety, hidden expenses such as fuel charges, and uncertainty regarding itinerary flexibility for first-time private rentals.

Solution

To differentiate the service, the strategy combined diverse content formats designed to capture attention and convert viewers into clients. Structured multi-slide carousels provided clear breakdowns of private skippered services and highlighted location-specific routes across Koločep, Lopud, and Šipan. Engaging Instagram Reels showcased the immersive sea experience through aesthetic visuals and trending audio, while dedicated guest review posts built strong social proof by highlighting real customer feedback. Relatable, lighthearted humor and meme-style content were integrated to humanize the brand, build community, and increase shareability among modern travelers. Together with clear CTAs, this approach seamlessly guided prospective guests from casual browsing to direct booking inquiries.

Always eager to collaborate, share ideas, and elevate the visual pipeline.
